Our Interim Practice

A number of our Clients have short to medium term needs for “a safe pair of hands” during a transition period or require a “tough cookie” to implement necessary change before it becomes the new norm. Members of our Group Board are former or current Interim Directors of FTSE100, AIM and Public Sector Organisations and therefore bring a relevant and current perspective to the identification, support and provision of high calibre and immediately effective Interim Leaders. All of our Interim Leadership candidates are independent contractors and we can either broker an assignment on a clients behalf or act as the contracting intermediary for accounting purposes.

The economic climate we find ourselves in since 2007 has nurtured a new kind of “roving executive” – often a former C-Suite Executive, the new norm is for such talent to undertake a number of balanced interim assignments together with external interests to deliver quick impactful results whilst leaving a positive leadership legacy for incumbent teams to be inspired by.


We are not a CV database or mass campaign driven organisation and instead pride ourselves in offering a bespoke and intimate service to Client and Candidate alike. We do not ask for a generic CV in the first instance to initiate discussion but rather prefer the personal touch and advise that prospective candidates contact us directly for a discrete initial discussion to outline mutual requirements.
